Ramsey F. Maune


With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Ramsey Maune has built a reputation of excellence and integrity. Ramsey founded The Maune Company in 2002 and his career included positions with two of the nation’s largest developers, Trammell Crow Company and Duke Realty Corporation.



  • Founded The Maune Company in 2002 and quickly grew the company to a portfolio of 70 properties and 2.8 million square feet of space.
  • Acquired Bell & Associates, a commercial real estate firm in 2009 to expand The Maune Company’s array of services, resources and expertise.
  • Formed joint venture with Trammell Crow Company and Krombach Partners in 2005 to merge the St. Louis offices and create the pre-eminent local firm. Negotiated sale to CBRE in 2007.
  • Oversaw the St. Louis Operations for Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE: DRE), which included 70 employees and a $500 million portfolio
  • Developed 3.7M sq. ft. of speculative and build-to-suit projects in St. Louis while with Duke Realty
